PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF A DIGITAL INFORMATION PRODUCT

This document constitutes the official offer of Individual Entrepreneur Anastasiia Alekseevna Serdyukova, OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 324632700079472, INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 632149902852, registered address: 12 Sportivnaya Street, Apt. 37, Tolyatti, Samara Region, 445057, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, and contains all essential terms of the agreement for the purchase of a digital information product (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”) in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Any person who accepts this Offer shall be deemed to have entered into a contract with the Seller on the terms set forth herein. Acceptance of the Offer shall be equivalent to the conclusion of the Agreement under the terms specified below.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with a digital information product (an electronic file for personal use) in the form of an electronic file made available on the Seller’s website: https://anastasiiaserdiukova.com.

1.2. The Product is provided exclusively for the Buyer’s personal use. Any transfer, copying, distribution, or commercial use of the Product without the Seller’s prior consent is strictly prohibited.

2. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING THE AGREEMENT

2.1. This Agreement shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer completes payment for the Product through the payment systems offered on the Website.

2.2. By making the payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Public Offer Agreement.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. The price of the Product is indicated on the Seller’s Website at the time of payment.

3.2. Payment shall be made via the payment systems available on the Website, using bank cards or other methods supported by the payment service provider.

3.3. The Seller shall not be liable for any commissions or fees charged by the Buyer’s payment systems or banks.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1. Upon successful payment, the Product is automatically sent to the Buyer’s email address provided during the order process or becomes available for download from the Buyer’s personal account (if applicable).

4.2. The delivery period shall not exceed 24 hours from the moment of payment. In the event of technical failures, the delivery period may be extended, but not for more than three (3) business days.

4.3. The Seller does not provide individual consultations regarding the content of the Product unless otherwise specified in the Product description.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Seller undertakes to:

• provide access to the Product after payment has been confirmed;

• offer support in case of difficulties accessing the Product.

The Buyer undertakes to:

• provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order;

• not transfer access to the Product to any third parties, including through distribution, public posting, or resale;

• not use the Product for any purposes that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.

5.1. All digital information products provided by the Seller are protected by copyright. Any copying, distribution, or other use of the Product without the Seller’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. DISCLAIMER AND REFUND POLICY

6.1. In accordance with Clause 4, Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Protection,” no refund shall be provided for a digital information product once access to it has been granted.

6.2. In cases where access to the Product is impossible due to the Seller’s fault, a refund or re-delivery of the Product may be provided upon mutual agreement of the Parties.

6.3. The Products are informational in nature. The Seller shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the Buyer’s independent use or application of the information contained in the Product.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. By making a payment, the Buyer gives consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”

8. MISCELLANEOUS

8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website.

8.3. By making a payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms and conditions of this Public Offer Agreement.
